ICE Agents Face 500% Surge in Assaults While Making Arrests, DHS Data Shows

The brave men and women who wear badges face growing hatred as they do their jobs. All across America, law enforcement officers are being attacked not just by criminals, but by harsh words from politicians. These attacks are making their already dangerous jobs even worse.

What happens when elected officials don’t just disagree with the police, but actively work against them? This dangerous trend has reached scary levels lately. One group of officers is getting hit hardest of all – and the numbers will shock you.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents now face a 500 percent increase in attacks while trying to arrest illegal aliens. This alarming fact comes directly from Department of Homeland Security data obtained by Breitbart News.

These dangers are real, not just talk. This week, an ICE officer was dragged 50 yards by a car. He was just trying to arrest Roberto Carlos Munoz, an illegal alien and convicted child sex offender in Minnesota. The agent was simply doing his job – removing a dangerous criminal from our streets – when he was violently attacked.

While ICE agents risk their lives daily, big-name Democrat politicians compare them to history’s worst villains. Can you believe it? Boston Mayor Michelle Wu and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz have both publicly compared ICE agents to Nazis.
