New agency chief removes Biden-era portraits from Justice Department walls
Attorney General Pam Bondi has initiated significant changes at the Department of Justice within weeks of assuming her new role.According to Fox News, the newly appointed Attorney General personally removed portraits of former President Joe Biden, former Vice President Kamala Harris, and former Attorney General Merrick Garland from the Justice Department walls on Tuesday, calling their continued presence "ridiculous" almost three weeks into President Donald Trump's administration.
A Justice Department official confirmed to Fox News Digital that Bondi took matters into her own hands when she discovered the portraits were still displayed.
The official revealed that she proceeded to remove the large, framed portraits herself and placed them in a corner of the building.
