Cruz, joined by 15 Republican co-sponsors, has reintroduced a constitutional amendment aimed at protecting the Supreme Court’s traditional nine-justice structure.

The timing couldn’t be more critical. Former Vice President Kamala Harris revealed the Left’s hand during a CNN town hall, entertaining the idea of expanding the court to 12 justices. This wasn’t just idle speculation – it’s part of a coordinated progressive strategy to reshape America’s judiciary.

Representative Ilhan Omar didn’t even try to hide the agenda, declaring, “We need to radically reform the broken Supreme Court.” Remember when Democrats called conservatives “conspiracy theorists” for warning about court-packing? Apparently, it wasn’t so far-fetched after all.
