Homeless man has lived in Bryant Park for 40 years!

Palm Beach County to spend $800K annually to enforce Florida's new homeless law

'I don't know what's going to happen,' Victor Parada, who lives at Bryant Park in Lake Worth Beach

Palm Beach County will spend about $1 million each year to make sure homeless people are not sleeping at county parks. The money will cover overnight patrols for park rangers.

A new Florida law goes into effect Oct. 1 that prohibits unauthorized people from sleeping or camping on public property.

That includes homeless people that have historically found overnight shelter in parks.

"I don't know what's going to happen," Victor Parada, who said he's lived in Bryant Park in Lake Worth Beach for over 40 years, said. "It's not easy being homeless."

Read about it...

I can't comprehend how anyone can be homeless for 40 years unless it is by choice.

What a loser this guy is. 40 years? Living off of handouts and soup kitchens, not working.
