Trump Can't Go on Trial If He's Elected in 2024, says attorney
During a roughly six-hour hearing in Fulton County on Dec. 1, Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee asked Mr. Sadow what would happen if President Trump wins the 2024 election and if the trial hasn't occurred yet.“Under the Supremacy Clause and its duty to the president of the United States, this trial would not take place at all until after he left his term of office,” the former president's attorney said in response.
It means that if the former president wins the 2024 election, Judge McAfee agreed that he shouldn't be tried until he leaves office, which would delay the trial date to at least January 20, 2029.

We all know this is a setup and they are all haters and they just want to get president Trump it's horrible what they're doing to him all this political persecution for somebody who loves this country and is just trying to make America great again! It's really a sin what the Dems and liberal left and all these deranged attorney generals are doing to president Trump where's the supreme Court in this whole matter they need to intervene!
At least somebody is talking with some sanity unlike that Fani Willis crazy deranged Trump hater I hope they put her in jail someday for all that she's done.
