Smoking gun evidence will prove Trump’s innocence

Jack Smith is the prosecutor of Attorney General Merrick Garland and Joe Biden entrusted with the task of jailing Donald Trump before the election.

Smith is racing to try Trump for trying to challenge the results of the 2020 election.

Is this the smoking gun evidence that will prove Trump’s innocence?

A new court filing from Smith gave a window into one of the great mysteries of January 6. Smith opposed a motion by Trump’s lawyers seeking access to evidence from the Department of Homeland Security and the January 6 Committee.

Trump’s lawyers sought text messages from Secret Service agents that day but the government asserts the messages were destroyed as part of a planned reset of devices at the start of a new administration.
