Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick, largely self-funding CD 20 bid, adds $2.4 million in Q2

Cherfilus-McCormick is one of 13 Democrats running to succeed the late U.S. Rep. Alcee Hastings. Omari Hardy is one of them!

Democratic candidate Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick will report just over $2 million raised in her campaign for Florida’s 20th Congressional District, according to a campaign release previewed by Florida Politics.

I'd have a hard time voting for anyone who made that kind of money in the Home Health Care business. It's a lousy business with a lot of opportunistic fraudulent scammers.

There are some wonderful people who take care of the elderly, but the companies themselves are not to be admired.

If you put that kind of money into a political campaign, just reflect for a moment on what you think you are going to get out of it.
