Placed on the agenda by Sarah Malega--Based on the analyses in this Report, the proposed rates represent a realignment of costs allocated among the residential and commercial classes.
It is projected that the proposed rates will be sufficient to meet the projected revenue requirements for the fiscal years ending September 30, 2020 through 2023. For certain analyses, the "Test Year" has been identified as the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020.
