I was just saying about an hour ago that all the Left Loons will come out of the woodwork and have some sort of a Trump "climax." Trump knows thousands of people.
Let's look at the difference in the way two neighboring counties look at prostitution and how they police them:
Martin County mounts a months long investigation and swears out warrants for the arrest of the johns as well as the other participants trafficking in humans for the purposes of prostitution. They let the chips fall where they may and if Robert Kraft wants to participate in human trafficking, he will pay a price, pun intended.
Palm Beach County just mounted two stings. One for the prostitutes and more recently one for the johns. Now obviously Lake Worth can't lure the caliber of johns the likes of NFL owners.
There is a group of volunteers willing to show up at 1st Appearances of people arrested in Lake Worth stings, to make judges aware that WE are the victims in this "victimless" crime. The human trafficking, the drug addiction and abuse, not to mention the dealing and property crimes associated. The ever increasing cost of policing with declining property values meaning less tax revenue and the downward spiral of not having funds to properly maintain the city infrastructure. These factors cost each and every one of us as well as the reputation we as a city have to endure. Some even want to change our name as if that will change the image.
We have even had one businessman from Tampa area arrested in Lake Worth while he was staying at the exclusive Eau Palm Beach Resort in Manalapan. The valet told him where he could find some "action".
PBSO has been very helpful in alerting the Lake Worth Advocate Group when they perform the stings. Most judges are interested in hearing what the advocates have to say and agree to increase bond and enforce restrictions keeping the prostitute out of Lake Worth at least until her case is resolved.
Not so with Judge Ted Boras. This judge would not even acknowledge the residents and business people from Lake Worth when they stood to speak. And instead of increasing the bail requirements, he released them on their own recognizance (OR) in court jargon. That is less than a slap on the wrist.
So we have a lot of work to do. Our County Commissioner Dave Kerner, when he was our State Representative, co-sponsored a bill, signed into law, that increases penalties for repeat offenders and especially the johns. It is a supply and demand type issue. Many judges and States Attorney don't even know about the new law with increased penalties. I hope they start paying attention to what Martin County is doing. Where do you think those arrested in Martin will move?

To me, this is a total waste of everyone's time. I am not in favor of trafficking women, or girls, or boys for that matter, but this is an age old activity, and I don't see this being like the movie "Taken". Unfortunately, some people just choose to make their living this way. Do some of them come to a bad end? Absolutely! Is there anything we can do to prevent this? I don't think so.

Unfortunately 6:29, I agree with your opening statement; as for the rest of the paragraph, I think it was unnecessary. While others may draw the same conclusion, it does no good to malign a group of people, simply because we don't like them.
I would only malign criminals, for all I know they're from here. We just have enough of our own crime and if they're from elsewhere it's an opportunity to lower our jail population.
