Obama’s plan to protect 5 million illegal immigrants has suffered another setback in court. He just keeps losing. Wouldn't you think that the Commander in Chief would work within the law? But no, we have endured seven years of this and with Hillary it will be just more of the same.
In a 2-1 decision, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans upheld a Texas-based judge’s injunction blocking the Obama administration’s immigration initiative.
So now, what is he going to do? Go around the Appeals Court all the way to the Supreme Court or do it anyway?
