Reducing slum, blight and crime should be our number one priority in this city. God knows we pay enough. All these people come to our city just to make our lives as miserable as theirs. Water seeks its own level and the Sheriff can't keep up.

My friend told me he is moving out of LAKEWORTH way to much crime
I don't know if crime is getting worse or not, but it certainly feels like its worse the last couple of years. Break ins, prostitution, drug users, the panhandlers, it really feels worse. Today, I actually saw a PBSO patrol car, the first I've seen in at least three or four weeks.
And then you look at the budget numbers and you see that half the budget goes to police and we don't have much to show for it.
99% of the people that read this blog and share their b.s. "stories" should move out of Lake Worth.
