FDLE takes alleged Ponzi Schemer into custody

With a business address in suburban Lake Worth, Haitian radio personality Philippe Bourciquot has been charged with allegedly operating a Ponzi scheme in South Florida, according to the Florida Office of Financial Regulation and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s Miami Regional Operations Center. The agencies on Thursday announced the arrest of Bourciquot, who was charged with racketeering, securities fraud, grand theft and money laundering in connection with the scheme.
