Singer Island beach

Comment Up
At the end of my excursion today, I ended up at Johnny Longboats for lunch. Great crab!
Then decided to check out the beach. Singer Island used to be the best beach around which was a hop and a skip from where I lived for 26 years. Not anymore is it the best. A lot of the stores were empty and former tenants are no longer there. Even though there is free parking at the beach, the back lot was virtually empty. It is another bad decision by a city government...the city took away the ocean view. It is a long walk to the beach now just to see a wave. You could be anywhere.

Once you trek up there, it is worth it.

Its good to get some exercise after eating so many crabs. A walk in the sand is good for your legs.

did we need more than a dune deck like lantana. or a beach park like boynton. when people say the financial picture will change for the good from a 400 thousand dollar loss this year, remember the leases are for 5 years.2

HELLO yourself, it's Summer and we are crowded every day here in Lake Worth. At least you can still see a little of the ocean when you drive up to the beach which is better than nothing.

I believe that the leases at our Casino had built in rent increases at 3% to 3.5% a year or based on the Consumer Price index, whichever is less with the 2nd renewal option based on the same rates. The building expenses are up to the landlord (the city) and that can change based on exact costs. So, the finance director has admitted that the cost estimates were too low, the city now can charge correctly based on the first year's experience.

If you have an ocean beach, it is just smart business to allow people driving by to view it. That doesn't take too much of an IQ. The commission of maxwell,Triolo and amorasa had every opportunity to change this last year and didn't.

Anonymous at 2:18--I was writing about Singer Island on this blog. You can not drive to the public ocean beach there and see the ocean. Are you talking about Lake Worth beach?
