Criminal Gang-Banger Loser gets chance at another hearing

Comment Up

It just seems like we usually get good decisions in lower courts and then the Appellate courts screw it all up.

Now they have given a criminal gang-banger another hearing. He was previously convicted of a Lake Worth massacre on South "B" Street.  Why does he get another chance in court?   Because the loser wants his 2009 guilty plea on three counts of second-degree murder with a firearm rescinded. (Florida Department of Corrections / July 24, 2013).  He wants. He gets.

Hope this murderer gets the death penalty-the sentence that he should have gotten in the first place.
