It just seems like we usually get good decisions in lower courts and then the Appellate courts screw it all up.
Now they have given a criminal gang-banger another hearing. He was previously convicted of a Lake Worth massacre on South "B" Street. Why does he get another chance in court? Because the loser wants his 2009 guilty plea on three counts of second-degree murder with a firearm rescinded.
(Florida Department of Corrections / July 24, 2013). He wants. He gets.

Hope this murderer gets the death penalty-the sentence that he should have gotten in the first place.
Let's see Al Sharpton get outraged about this!
