Lake Worth Jewelers

Comment Up

Yesterday I went to visit Ella to get a battery replaced in my watch, a $12 charge. My weakness when it comes to luxuries for myself is jewelry and paintings. I ended up spotting a ring and bought it! She said, "You only live once" and I agree. Occasionally, everyone should treat themselves to something they like--and buy local! Ella, a jewel herself, is a fixture on Lake Avenue and owner of Lake Worth Jewelers, a store with wonderful quality pieces at fair prices.

What a beautiful piece!
She will let you put stuff on layaway!

I love our local shops - thank you for the reminder to shop in our own backyard! Ella's store is my favorite! Many gorgeous items at very reasonable prices as well as dazzling high end items. They can also fix anything!

Thanks for making my day. The thought of your dark little cave loaded with valuable paintings and jewelry is going to keep me laughing all day.

Glad I could make your day, anonymous. it doesn't take much with some people to mock and ridicule. Not sure what your problem is but a good doctor might help.

You are invited any time to come on over and visit in order for you to find out how I live in this bright and beautiful condo. At least my place is not in foreclosure. It's not blighted. What say you? Then we can talk about your mean and nasty disposition.

Lynn has a beautifully appointed apt. decorated in an artistic style of her own. Knock on her door. She will invite you in Loretta for fresh baked cookies and the world's best cup of coffee. You can enjoy a water view while you're munching down and apologizing to her for being such a jealous twerp.

Thanks, HM, is that you? LOL

Lynn, why all the B.S. about buying local? The only time you are ever seen Downtown is if there is a free event going on. You would much rather hang out in Atlantis, or that Quaint Little Italian Place on Congress that you are always blogging about.

I always buy local when I can anonymous. I guess if you only see me downtown on "free events" they must be the only events you are going to yourself!

I never hang out at Atlantis...all they have are houses out there and some condos. It is just a residential town.

As far as restaurants are concerned, I hope you travel beyond Lake Worth on occasion to dine out.

Were you just born rude? BITE ME. :)

Actually Lynn, I work downtown 6 sometimes 7 day's a week. And I very rarely see you downtown, and when I do you are never carrying a bag from one of our wonderful shops. I do hope I will see your ring at the Budget Workshop tonight, or is it a cocktail ring you will only be wearing when invited to see John Davidson at the Atlantis Country Club?
As far as my venturing out of the city to go to other restaurants I do on occasion but I prefer to support our wonderful establishment in our great City.

Gee, sorry you don't see me as often as you think is acceptable. Perhaps you are talking to Dylan Harrison too often and don't notice the average citizen cruising by. I was just down there today as a matter of fact. My life is not spending 24/7 in our downtown but then you are forced to as you work there.

Thanks for being such a supporter of our downtown that you don't venture anywhere else. You are indeed special. We need more of you. Perhaps you can get on code to force some of these establishments to clean the downtown up and in front of their store fronts. Now that would be special! Next you can work on all the homeless who hang out on the benches. that would be special too. get rid of the druggies hanging around. Talk about special!!

Guess the Apple comment would be considered a personal attack, but so was yours calling me rude, and to bite you.....

What I said was not a personal attack or rude for that matter. You come over here and insult the hell out of this author and you expect to get special treatment? BITE ME TWICE! :)
