Iran conflict was the cause of Mid-Term Loss

Trump says Iran war hurt GOP in midterms but defends military campaign

President Donald Trump acknowledged that the war he started with Iran contributed to Republican losses in midterm elections, but he defended his decision and ruled out any changes to his Cabinet as a result of the resounding defeat.

Democrats regained control of the House of Representatives and the Senate, as voters across the country vented their frustration with the economic hardships that months of war in the Middle East have inflicted.

In separate interviews with Fox News and The Wall Street Journal, Trump said the nearly nine-month war had hurt Republicans politically, particularly by driving up fuel prices, but insisted the military action was necessary to prevent the Iranians from obtaining a nuclear weapon.

“I think a part of it was Iran,” Trump told Fox News on Tuesday night. “But at the same time, people understood the importance of what I’ve done with Iran.”

Vice President JD Vance’s assessment was more blunt. In a post on X, Vance said: “The reason we lost is the war.”

Reality of midterms fallout from Rob Finnerty

CAIR-Florida has suspended operations following Florida’s designation of the organization under its new domestic-terrorism law.

RAIR's article quotes an office notice blaming Governor Ron DeSantis and other state officials. Good. GTFU.

Credit belongs to Governor DeSantis, Attorney General James Uthmeier, and attorney Charles Cooper with sustaining Florida’s position through the court challenges.

This suspension marks a consequential development in confronting radical Red-Green Coalition and terror fundraising cabals masquerading as benigin charaitable and civic organizations. NOT IN THE FREE STATE OF FLORIDA! [RAIR Foundation USA]

Democat Party now includes Islamist Extremitism

Muslim Anti-American wins in Michigan

Democrats stick together 99.9% of the time

During the speech, El-Sayed used Arabic religious expressions, including Inshallah, translated as "God willing," and Alhamdulillah, translated as "Praise be to God." The crowd applauded enthusiastically.

RedState writer Kyle Becker presented the moment as a warning about the direction of the Democratic Party and the loyalties shaping its coalition.

The commentary argued that El-Sayed’s victory represented more than a standard partisan win. Becker described it as evidence that the Democratic Party has made room for what he characterized as Islamist extremism. That is Becker’s political conclusion, but it reflects the central concern raised in the piece: whether communal and religious identity are becoming more important than a shared national identity in American elections.

El-Sayed received especially strong support in Dearborn, Michigan, which has a large Arab American and Muslim population. The source cited unofficial results reported by The Detroit News showing El-Sayed with 82 percent of the vote in Dearborn, compared with 17 percent for Rogers. The report also pointed to support in Dearborn Heights and Hamtramck, communities with large Muslim populations.

That voting pattern prompted conservative criticism, including a post from Jeremy Carl. Becker interpreted the numbers as evidence of what he called tribal politics. The results clearly show strong support in those communities, but the article went further by arguing that political leaders are increasingly organizing voters around group identity.

It warned that this dynamic can deepen divisions between in-groups and out-groups, making political competition more hostile and less focused on policy.

Hasan Piker revels in Democratic midterm gains while threatening jail for critics on the right

Hasan Piker celebrated Democratic midterm victories by threatening to jail conservative commentators and declaring that woke politics had returned, comments that renewed scrutiny of his influence in the party.

Fox News reported that progressive Twitch streamer Hasan Piker used election night and the morning after to gloat over Democratic wins and target right-leaning voices online.

Piker, based in Los Angeles, replied to conservative commentator Matt Van Swol after Van Swol described a “blue tsunami.” Fox News also noted prior statements attributed to Piker, including that “America deserved 9/11,” praise for Mao Zedong and Communist China, and talk that capitalists should be murdered in the streets.

Influence without accountability is still influence. When a streamer promises jail for the other side and party figures treat him as an asset, voters get a clear look at the incentives that remain in place.

Helicopter crash in Key Biscayne

Helicopter goes down off Key Biscayne, killing 1 and injuring 2 days after Palm Beach plane crash

One person died and two were hurt when a helicopter crashed into the ocean off Key Biscayne Wednesday, days after a deadly Palm Beach plane crash.

Three people were aboard the aircraft when it went down at 11:26 a.m. near Bill Baggs State Park, off the barrier island by Miami. The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office said it is investigating. The cause was not immediately known.

Local station WSVN identified the helicopter as a Robinson R44. Paramedics took the two survivors to a hospital for a “higher level of care.” Their conditions were not released. As the New York Post reported, US Coast Guard Southeast posted a Wednesday afternoon update on the toll.

"1 person is reported deceased & 2 people were transported by EMS." South Florida runs on tourism, coastal living, and busy small aircraft traffic. When a helicopter drops into the water beside a state park in midday hours, people notice. They also notice when it follows another deadly crash by only a few days.

Paulie Pelsoi gets six-month driving ban

Paul Pelosi drew a six-month driving ban after a no-contest plea for striking a parked car and leaving the scene in Napa County

Haven't heard about Paul in awhile.

Napa County Superior Court Judge Scott R.L. Young placed the 86-year-old husband of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on one year of probation and barred him from driving for six months after he pleaded no contest to misdemeanor hit-and-run and an unlawful-turn traffic infraction. The court also ordered a 10-day work program, court fines and fees, and a booking-only report to the Napa County Department of Corrections by Nov. 20.

Fox News reported that the collision happened July 3 in Yountville, in California wine country, when Pelosi struck an unoccupied parked Tesla and left without identifying the owner or leaving the information California law requires. Deputies later found him about a half-mile away. He was allegedly driving a burgundy Maserati convertible and allegedly told officers he had intended to return.

As part of the plea agreement, Pelosi paid $11,191.14 in restitution to the vehicle’s owner, according to the Napa County District Attorney’s office. Prosecutors described the six-month driving prohibition as the maximum period allowed under the California Vehicle Code provisions they cited.

DSA Platform

PROPOSED DSA PLATFORM

In early June, the Democratic Socialists of America’s top leadership met for an in-person meeting of their National Political Committee (NPC), the DSA’s governing authority. The document they passed makes clear that achieving their vision of a Communist Utopia would require “building a new society from the ground up,” accompanied by sweeping structural changes. This can only be accomplished by brute force and executions.

The result of the meeting was “Workers Deserve More!” a rebooted platform to gaslight their Useful Idiots^ into believing that their lives will improve under Communism. The leaders know it will get worse for all but themselves. They have already declared who their first victims will be, Jewish-Americans:
  1. Closing all prisons and releasing all convicted felons & misdemeanants so they can serve as the DSA’s army, much like the KKK served as the Democrats’ army generations ago.
  2. Closing the US Department of War to help Globalists invade the USA.
  3. Abolishing deportations, granting amnesty to all illegal aliens and throwing open all borders because DSA believe these violent thugs will help them overthrow America from within.
  4. Replacing the US president and the US Supreme Court with an executive & judiciary chosen by & subordinate to Congress, because DSA’s leaders believe they will own Congress by then.
  5. Abolishing the Electoral College to ensure only DSA-endorsed candidates will own the presidency for all eternity.
  6. Government ownership of the largest corporations and those enterprises these Communists deem “essential industries” as well as strict regulations on investment properties to ensure that only a small oligarchy of DSA-loyalists own all the country’s wealth while the rest of us live in poverty or near poverty.
The result of the meeting was “Workers Deserve More!” a rebooted platform to gaslight their Useful Idiots^ into believing that their lives will improve under Communism. The leaders know it will get worse for all but themselves. They have already declared who their first victims will be, Jewish-Americans. [Diane Gruber]

David Robert Davidson reads the midterm results as the opening of a prolonged confrontation between President Trump and congressional Democrats. He predicts investigations, impeachment campaigns, and renewed efforts to turn political disputes into legal proceedings.

His bleakest prescription is for Trump to resign and leave others to manage the aftermath. But the more immediate prospect is two years of divided government, with legislative ambitions colliding with presidential vetoes and congressional oversight becoming a central political battlefield.

The danger is a Washington consumed by confrontation while voters expecting relief from everyday pressures discover that winning an election and governing successfully are different achievements.

Sodom, Gomorrah, and the Banana Republic to come. After tonight, the next four to six years will be the wildest that we have ever seen. [DAVID ROBERT DAVIDSON]

Californians Just Elected the Most Prolific Child Trafficking Enabler in American History to Run Their State

Democrats, with barely a shred of proof: “Donald Trump is a pedo! He’s in league with human traffickers! So are his supporters! Release the Epstein files, where he’ll surely be implicated!”

Also Democrats, with more than enough proof: “Hey, let’s elect the most prolific enabler of child trafficking in the history of American political officialdom to the governorship of the country’s most populous state!”

Yes, in proof that the blue wave carried plenty of cognitive dissonance ashore, the people who waved the bloody flag of the tenuous, brief, and terminated connection between Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein long before Epstein’s crimes were fully known decided that Xavier Becerra, who led the Department of Health and Human Services under President Joe Biden, was their best bet to serve four years as governor of California.

With roughly 59 percent of ballots counted as of 3 a.m. Pacific, Becerra led Republican Steve Hilton with 64 percent of the vote.

Vivek loses Ohio's Govrnorship

Vivek Ramaswamy Suffers Painful Loss to Amy Acton in Ohio Governor's Race

Democrat Amy Acton notched a massive victory on Tuesday, defeating Republican Vivek Ramaswamy in the Ohio gubernatorial race

Despite being a swing state for decades, Ohio began breaking right back in 2016 when then-candidate Donald Trump defeated Democrat Hillary Clinton by more than eight points. Trump won it again in 2020 by eight points, and most recently in 2024 by over 11 points while running against Kamala Harris.

Vice President J.D. Vance also hails from Ohio and was easily elected to the U.S. Senate from his home state in 2022. Ramaswamy ran in the 2024 GOP presidential primaries before dropping out to endorse Trump. After Trump’s 2024 victory, he quickly pivoted his focus to the Ohio governor’s race.

A controversial ad featuring Acton’s estranged mother, Donna Arthur, was reportedly pulled off the air by Ramaswamy last week after it seemed to backfire with voters. In the ad, Acton’s mom called her a “lifetime liar” and told Ohioans not to support her candidacy.>br />

Bomb Threats force Europe to ground seven planes

Bomb threats force emergency landings on seven flights including two from Britain

Seven passenger flights across Europe, including two that left the UK, faced bomb threats within hours, triggering emergency landings, airport lockdowns, and fighter escorts that the British government branded a malicious hoax.

The Sun reported a rapid cluster of alerts that grounded planes in Poland, Italy, Spain, and Bulgaria after threats hit carriers including Polish Airlines, Ryanair, and Wizz Air.

Passengers and crews were diverted, evacuated, and held while bomb squads and counter-terrorism units searched aircraft. Where checks were completed and disclosed, no explosives turned up. The UK government called the spate a “malicious hoax.”

Tuesday morning’s chaos marked the third emergency landing of a UK-departure flight over a bomb threat in under 24 hours.

Iran's Underground Missile Facility

The United States launched new strikes against Iran's strategically important Qeshm Island on Monday

This is a part of a series of limited military operations carried out in recent weeks even as President Donald Trump signaled that a diplomatic agreement could avert renewed large-scale fighting, The Wall Street Journal reported.

U.S. officials told the Journal the strikes were intended to prevent Iranian forces from threatening commercial shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, a critical passageway for global oil shipments.

The operations have largely been conducted without public announcements, reflecting an administration effort to contain Iranian military threats without signaling a return to full-scale war, according to the report.

Qeshm Island, situated near the entrance to the Strait of Hormuz, houses an underground missile facility, a naval base, and a major desalination plant.
