I heard this last night, was really worried these people would ruin our town. Way to go, NO!

Thank goodness that our beach and parks were saved from the latest group of con men ! Great job by the NO people getting the word out. To the Commission- Thanks for wasting 80,000 bucks of my tax money !

What did they spend $80,000 on? The flyer sent in the mail? Putting it on the ballot?

Both voters who cast their ballots by mail and those who did so in person on March 10 rejected the two questions by wide margins, according to the elections office. NO 99 year leases. Perhaps the commission will listen to the citizens and stop this attempt to ruin our city.

I got my ballot several weeks ago, and of course I voted no. I don't understand why we get ballots at different times.
I hope they get their signs down promptly, or I will be the first in the city to see that they are fined for not complying with the ordinance.

I'm curious what they spent at $80,000 on

To put the 99 year lease in perspective,,,,,,who was the President of the United States 99 years ago? Calvin Cooledge.

@7:52...That's funny...It was not the NO crowd that were the losers...you LOST. And the Lucerne is basically a failure.
