Charlie Kirk was shot at Turning Point USA Event

Conservative activist Charlie Kirk shot at Utah college event

Videos posted to social media from Utah Valley University show Kirk speaking into a handheld microphone while sitting under a white tent emblazoned with the slogans “The American Comeback” and “Prove Me Wrong.”

A single shot rings out and Kirk can be seen reaching up with his right hand as a large volume of blood gushes from the left side of his neck. Stunned spectators are heard gasping and screaming before people start to run away.

The AP was able to confirm the videos were taken at Sorensen Center courtyard on the Utah Valley University campus.

Suspect in custody was released.

Too bad the people in the audience did not grab the shooter and rip his head off. Wouldn't you love to hear that criminals were beginning to fear for their own safety after they commit a crime--as opposed to post Biden, where there was a sense that they were the victims, and that they would be helped---But...in truth they needed to be helped into a hangman's noose.

So sad. It just makes me want to cry. The radical left are out of control!

This is so disgusting and sad. Prayers for Charlie. He’s in God’s hands now.

The problem with allowing guns everywhere is that no one is safe anywhere.

Gotta hand it to you, Lynn. You keep telling me you don't do "breaking news" but look at you...just minutes it took for you to get this story out.

Still waiting for you to post about the Minnesota Democrats being murdered and the mass shooting at FSU. But we both know why you will never say a peep about them, don't we?

It’s only Democrats that want to shut down free speech. Kirk listened to both sides. It was a deranged Democrat that did this. A psycho.

At the presser, it was mentioned that they have a suspect in custody (not the original one they first had) and will give information when details are in.
