Philadelphia’s mayor, Cherelle Parker, apparently thinks the best way to celebrate “Diversity Day” is by raising the flag of the Chinese Communist Party over City Hall. You read that right.

The same city that gave us the Declaration of Independence is now preparing to hoist the banner of oppression and tyranny—as if that’s some kind of cultural enrichment. Someone should remind her that “diversity” doesn’t mean bowing down to Beijing.

The Birthplace of Freedom Now Bending the Knee

This is Philadelphia—the birthplace of the American experiment. The city where the Founders told a king to shove it, where liberty was printed on John Dunlap’s press, where Betsy Ross stitched the first American flag. And now? Mayor Parker wants to swap Old Glory for the red rag of the CCP.

That’s not diversity—that’s disgrace. It’s like putting up a “No Freedom Allowed” sign in front of Independence Hall.
