Biden’s Corrupt DOJ will Pursue Lawfare Cases Against Trump Past Election Day

Biden’s Justice Department, plagued by corruption, plans to persist with the two legal battles against Trump even if he wins the election.

As per a leak to The Washington Post, Special Counsel Jack Smith intends to keep filing motions and potentially hold a trial after Election Day in a race against time before Inauguration Day if Trump emerges victorious.

The department aims to pursue Trump before he is inaugurated on January 20, 2025, as they cannot press charges against a sitting president.
