Trump Sues E. Jean Carroll for Defamation for Rape Allegation

On Tuesday, Trump sued E. Jean Carroll for defamation, alleging she falsely accused him of rape after a jury in a civil trial awarded her $5 million for defamation.

Trump's counterclaim against Carroll in Manhattan federal court comes after a jury's unusual finding in May he sexually abused and defamed but did not rape Carroll, a former Elle magazine advice columnist.

Trump seeks a retraction as well as unspecified compensatory and punitive damages.

Fantasy writer, E. Jean Carroll said she was raped in 1995 or 1996 by Trump in Bergdorf Goodman's department store. She can't prove a damn thing, but the liberal courts are so anti-Trump. She needs to pay for all Trump's legal fees when he wins.
