A few months ago, I heard from Greg Wells regarding his web site that he and his wife Jeni wrote for the purpose of keeping up with the maze of rules and regulations that all property owners in the 6 historic districts face.
He says that navigation on the City’s website for a newcomer to find historic info starts in the “Business” section with no link at all in the residents section. He said because of that, he got the idea of a citizen owned consolidated link page for new and existing residents. He bought the domain names, www.oldlucerne.com
and www.oldlucernehistoric.com.
