The outrage should be against the system that has allowed this property to languish for all these years and financial institutions allowing it all to happen. Disgusting. The owner who bought at the height of the market (a bad business decision) is still making money from a cell tower? with someone else paying the tax certificate on the property. What a deal!

At least they were made to paint it the same color. It would have been appropriate for the city to let people know what was going on.
