Robert Waples reports:
"Just wanted to let all the residents who have lawn trailers
and equipment or other equipment they use to make a living to know someone
stole, in the
overnight hours Monday night, a whole dump truck and landscape trailer that was attached. The thieves must have known what to do because
they also dismantled the transmission on his personal vehicle so if he did wake
up he could not catch them. These properties were in his own driveway and both
were locked up. This happened on Virginia Drive."
Thanks for the report and making us aware of the continued crime in our city. My question is, why did this resident have a dump truck and landscape trailer parked in his driveway? As far as I understand it, parking commercial vehicles in a residential neighborhood is against Code.
