Last week this house was featured located in the 1800 block of Lake Osborne Drive. All who live out here are familiar with this property. Ever since it was taken back by the bank two years ago and in a foreclosure process, it has fallen into disarray. They rent out the property to what appears to be students. Another code violation was submitted, one among many.We were told that the worst cases are worked first. In the meantime, our neighborhoods go to slum and blight and this particular house has been cited for years.

As per public records. Also through checking public records the house behind them appeared that they had to sue to regain 10 feet of the property back that they had fenced in.
