Netanyahu endorsed by Trump

Trump Endorses Netanyahu in Israel Election on October 27

President Donald Trump endorsed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for reelection, calling him a “Great Warrior Prime Minister” and an indispensable American ally in confronting Iran, as Netanyahu faces a closely contested battle to retain power.

In a lengthy Truth Social post addressed “To the Great People of Israel,” Trump offered his strongest possible backing for the Israeli leader.

“Please let this Letter serve to represent my Complete and Total Endorsement of Bibi Netanyahu in his upcoming Race for Re-Election as Prime Minister of Israel,” Trump wrote. “BIBI NETANYAHU WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!”

Trump praised Netanyahu’s leadership during the confrontation with Iran, describing him as “Strong, Brave, and Brilliant” despite intense domestic and international opposition.

“Bibi Netanyahu has been a Great Warrior Prime Minister, and an even greater Partner for Peace in combatting the Islamic Republic of Iran,” Trump declared.

The president also warned that Netanyahu’s defeat could complicate America's efforts to counter Tehran.

Because Israel uses a parliamentary system requiring a 61-seat Knesset majority to form a government, the election will likely come down to intense coalition building rather than a straightforward popular vote.
