Fake News Interviews Ambassador Huckabee in Gaza

CBS Edits Huckabee Israel Interview — The Truth They Cut Out

On August 7, 2025, CBS News aired a four-minute interview between correspondent Debora Patta and U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee. What viewers saw was a diplomat appearing defensive and dismissive on Gaza’s humanitarian crisis.

What they didn’t see were entire sections of the conversation that dismantled Hamas propaganda, exposed massive aid theft, and debunked false reports. Those parts were cut, and the edits all tilted in the same direction—away from Israel’s defense and toward Hamas’s narrative.

During the interview, Huckabee explained that Hamas made half a billion dollars in 2024 by stealing humanitarian food shipments, selling them on the black market, and inflating prices to starving civilians.

He relayed reports from aid recipients who, for the first time, didn’t have to pay Hamas for food. This section never made it to air, eliminating one of the most damaging accusations against Hamas’s leadership.

CBS also cut Huckabee’s account of a false report claiming 27 people were killed at a Gaza Humanitarian Foundation site. He said video footage showed no one was injured, yet major outlets like The New York Times, The Washington Post, BBC, and CNN all ran the story before quietly issuing small corrections.

Without this example, CBS left viewers thinking his skepticism about casualty numbers was unfounded.

Mike Huckabee is such a wonderful man. Trump could not have chosen anyone better.

I really can't agree with your assessment on Huckabee. Anybody who takes money for advertising those worthless products on TV, is a fraud, and that now includes Bill O'Reilly. I hope Bill is giving the money to Catholic Charities, that's all I can say.

@1:59...are the products worthless? Do you believe the same thing about Dr. Oz? I believe that it is a conflict if elected officials endorse products especially if they have a financial interest in it. Bill O' Reilly is a private person so what's the problem with him making money?

I like Mike too and I like his daughter as well I think that they're good people and they come from good backgrounds and they've done a lot for this country and world and he cares and he loves the United States and he's Christian and he loves Israel too and the Jewish people and I think it's disgusting just because he does a commercial for something that helps people relax and sleep and something that's natural, I think you're disgusting for attacking him it's so wrong, God forgive you! Thank you for all you're doing Mike and Sarah Huckabee Sanders you guys are both gems of this country!

You couldn't count the amount of money Bill has. Like I said, I hope he is giving the money to charity. Also, Bill has been losing control of his arguments lately, and screaming at his hosts. That is not a good sign. I always liked Bill, but lately, he is acting strangely. As far as Dr. Oz goes, I never paid much attention to him. When I hear him now, he sounds credible. I had a friend who went to California to be treated for prostate cancer by Dr. Oz. My friend unfortunately died. I am certainly not blaming Dr. Oz for his death, but I would hardly seek out a TV personality for my treatment of anything.

The Trump Organization in the hands of Don and Eric are endorsing products ... not President Trump personally. Have you seen him do an ad yet other than promoting Truth Social?

@4:24...Dr. Oz may be a tv personalty but he is a reknowed heart doctor and also has been appointed by Trump to head Medicare and Medicaid.

I know that! I said Dr. Oz sounds credible. Most of the products that Bill and Mike endorse, are probably harmless products, but have never had double blind studies done on their effectiveness I have looked some of them up on the internet, and they are not scientifically approved products. I doubt if they would hurt of help you. The only Trump I watch regularly is Lara, and I have never seen her advertise a product.

Isn't Trump selling some kind of perfume. I don't care how much money you make, as long as you give to charities. In my opinion, you are only worth what you give away.

Trump just donated his $400,000 salary

Miami Mission, Broward Outreach, these organizations are examples of the best for people who have pretty much reached the end of their rope. Obviously, if you are crazy, you can't be helped in this fashion. But you should be taken off the street. When did it become acceptable for heinous crimes to be committed by vagrants on subways, in parks, in alleys? Is this the twilight zone? When did this become the norm? What is the acceptable percentage: 50%, 30% are you happy with just 25 percent of your city being turned over to violent criminals. Drug addicts: Schizophrenics? Drunks? Why did we let this get so out of hand? Close your eyes, but don't go out at night! And this is in a little city like Lake Worth. Drugs have done this to people. Alcohol, maybe, but Drugs for sure. Is your kid on drugs? Do you know? No, you don't know, and you don't want to know. Everyday, somebody's kid kills somebody, or kills himself. He might even kill you. It's probably too late, but you can still try to save your kid, or save somebody else's kid. This is not a joke. This is life in these United States!
