I wonder if she was using a crosswalk? I wonder if she was waiting for the walk signal? NOT that she should have been killed, especially a hit and run, but people need to think! Especially when crossing a street at midnight.
There seems to be something missing in this story. 1:30am? What was she doing? Was she dropped off by a friend and got distracted as she crossed the street? Why didn’t she see this vehicle? Did it not have lights? Too many questions here.

It's impossible to cross the street anymore. If you can't run, you just get run down.
I hope they catch this person.
It doesn't do any good to make more laws, because half of the people are on their phones, and the other half are on meds.
