Yes he is a criminal. Yes he is a sneak and should pay all the money he stole from our city. Yes he has numerous complaints filed to election and ethic commission.

That sneak has been gone for quite some time.
So, does it mean he will not get paid for month of October? How will he pay all his fines at the state level for late campaign reports?
