Well, maybe he is right and they should put a modern day president on Mt. Rushmore like Obama. He was and is the only African American president and he did accomplish one good thing allowing gays to marry in all of the USA and for immigration purposes.
Worse.Obama played up his white family at the beginning to secure votes then kicked them to the curb for the remainder of the campaign while he courted the black vote. He scammed it
