First of all, Toojays can make whatever kind of agreement with their employees that they think is appropriate. Secondly, you probably can't afford to eat at Toojays, and lastly, it just might prevent a couple of people from committing suicide. I never read that Jesus said you couldn't eat dinner in a restaurant on his Birthday, but I do remember reading that he overturned the tables of the money lenders at the temple, which would seem to include those chazzers selling that garbage in the Cultural Plaza; wringing the last dollar from the poor.
And to the dog person: it would be interesting for you to get us some statistics about how many people have died from dogs paws on restaurant tables.

We've lost 84 persons due to dog poo poo contamination on restaurant tables this year!
