Riviera Beach commissioners have exchanged e-mails on their personal accounts thinking that this was not a public record and that we pesky part of the public would not find out. Did they learn this from Hillary?
"That exchange is part of 86 pages of documents obtained Wednesday by The Palm Beach Post from the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s office. The documents also were set to be handed to reporters late Wednesday by Fane Lozman, a Riviera Beach and Palm Beach County activist whose August 2015 complaint led to a June 2016 charge against then-council member Guyton."
