No conspiracy here... Water line cut accidentally
A water pipe problem at city hall. Water had to be shut off to make the needed repair. Without running water you have no restrooms for employees and visitors.
The P&Z meeting will still go on tonight at 6PM at 1900 2nd Ave. N.
