Thanks for the "no snarky comments" sentence. You have the wrong blog. I took care of my Mom for 6.5 years until she passed. I know all about aging parents. The house looks beautiful and the kitchen is wonderful.

That's a high price tag for a house on Federal highway. It's pretty though.
It's a beautiful home, I drive it every day. Hope they get close to the asking price.
Will be interesting to see what price she gets, it does seem priced quite high but our LW market is improving. I do love all our historic structures.
Why is she selling her home? Is she planning on moving away after she loses the election in March?
