Another crime in ROLOH

A group of 7-8 neighbors came running at her screams for help and the perp was seen running south down the alley. I believe I read on this site that we pay these jokers close to 1/2 a BILLION a year to keep our streets safe ? and they want MORE ??? A bit over 6 months ago, an inebriated, about 50 yr.old white male was walking north on "K" and was jumped, beat-down and robbed by a young black male at the corner of 4th. This was NEVER even reported on the official weekly crime stats occasionally posted at this site. This is unacceptable and something needs be done, because when seconds count, the pigs ( a persona well earned, imho ) are minutes away !
We pay a lot of money towards public safety but not that much! Public safety is $20,787,907 for year 2014. The problem is, we don't see a sheriff until AFTER the crime.
