Communicate more with the public. Keep them informed. Value their opinion. Obama was a whiz at this and raised more money than anyone before him.
On-line surveys are a great tool but just answering e-mails from residents would be a start. I would like to give credit where it’s due by commending Mayor Clemens and Commissioner Mulvehill for being very conscientious regarding the importance of communication, at least as far as I am concerned.
