At its November meeting the Lake Worth Beach CRA Board of Commissioners approved an incentive agreement for the development of LAKE WORTH STATION. This new rental complex will offer 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units for qualified applicants.Located at the corner of 10th Avenue North and ‘G’ Street, construction of this 91-unit development is expected to begin in early 2025.

No prices were mentioned but nothing is affordable today.
Unless it's a HUD Property like the Towers, It won't be very affordable.
I wonder how much the CRA is getting a kick back for this or they're probably going to put their friends in like they did the artist lofts
