Joe Biden Rejected Proposal from Vladimir Putin to Halt the War in Ukraine According To Sources
Joe Biden’s dismissal of a peace proposal from one of the combatants in the Ukraine-Russia conflict may have been a missed opportunity to potentially end the ongoing turmoil.If this is indeed true, it would be another significant failure in foreign policy.
According to Reuters, Russian President Vladimir Putin indicated in 2023, both publicly and through intermediaries, that he was prepared to initiate a ceasefire in Ukraine.
Putin’s proposal suggested freezing the war along current territorial lines, which included areas gained by Russia. Biden wanted Ukraine part of the talks.

According to Putin himself the same Putin who said russia is not interested in attacking Ukraine as they built up forces on the border he said it’s only war games and no invasion in planned , Russians lie they don’t know how to tell the truth it’s ingrained very easy for them
