In New York City, there has been a recent spate of women randomly getting punched in the face for no reason at all.

Conflicting reports on violent crime trend
2022 FBI crime statistics shows a 1.7% decline in violent crime compared to 2021. But the Bureau of Justice Statistics’ National Crime Victimization Survey shows a 44% increase. The two Justice Department reports have never disagreed so much on violent crime’s year-over-year trend.
They've been doing that for years not just in New York it's everywhere random people just go up there and punch somebody in the mouth
