Despite calls to PBSO captain, LWB neighborhood leader slapped with golf cart DUI
A PROMINENT LAKE Worth Beach businessman thought he had enough juice with the city’s top law-enforcement officer to avoid being arrested on a charge of driving a golf cart while drunk. He thought wrong.
Jon Faust, owner of downtown real estate company and vice chairman of the city’s Neighborhood Association Presidents Council, was booked into the county jail last month on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence, refusing to submit to a sobriety test and resisting an officer’s order. He has pleaded not guilty. A hearing is scheduled for April 15.

I always thought John and Eila Pirra owned Coastline Real Estate. I know John died recently, but perhaps this guy Faust owned the building.
I never heard of John Faust, but I'm glad they put him in Gun Club for his behavior.
The Golf Carts are a menace, and people are just showing off.
This guy is a schmuck. I wouldn't do business with him.
He was drunk and disorderly and tries to pull rank yet.
That's the neighborhood association big wheel.
Jon will not get a lot of brownie points for this act.
So he's a big fish in a small pond!
He's just not privileged.
