Court in Key Swing State Makes Monumental Ruling in Mail-in Voting Legislation
After all of the drama that took place in the last Presidential election, several states are working toward making sure that this sort of thing never happens again.In some states, they’re passing new legislation and in others they’re refining existing legislation. However, one state is actually throwing out old legislation altogether.
In Pennsylvania, a court recently ruled that their previous mail-in voting legislation was unconstitutional.
