Joe Biden Is Literally Quoting JOSEPH STALIN on His Election Theft Bill

For the second time in a week, Joe Biden seems to have accidentally said the quiet part out loud

A few days ago, he said that if you want to lower the demand for cars, you have to make Americans poorer. Just a couple of days after that, he inadvertently channeled former Soviet dictator/mass murderer Joseph Stalin with the quote seen in this meme.

Stalin once said (paraphrasing) that it doesn’t matter who casts the votes; all that matters is who counts the votes. Stalin was brazenly pointing out that “democracy” on his watch was a sham. So long as his side gets to count the votes, they’d never lose another election.
