Teenager in Lake Worth loses control; kills man
You can be sitting, minding your own business, enjoying the day and a fatal accident ends it all in a flash.This kid was leaving Burger King on Dixie Highway located in the 200 block in Lake Worth Beach and got distracted as he spilled a drink--drove over the sidewalk, over the stoop where the 46 year old man was sitting and ran right into him. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

To earn a Florida operator's license (16- and 17-year-old), you must be at least 16 years old and have held a learner's license for at least one year without any traffic convictions. This kid was 15!

Cehicular homicide is a second-degree felony. The maximum punishment a person can receive for a second-degree felony includes: Up to 15 years in prison. A fine of up to $10,000, So, what will happened to this kid who was underage and caused a fatality?
Everything is out of control!
"He's a good boy" his mother will proclaim on television.
And he will get away with murder.
History will repeat itself.
Whoever owns the car, should also be charged!
