Judge Orders Biden to Reverse Course on Key Trump Border Policy
The Biden White House had undone a Trump executive order that came to be known as Remain in Mexico, but Judge Matthew J. Kacsmaryk of the Northern Texas District ruled in favor of the Attorney General Offices of Missouri and Texas.In his ruling, Judge Kacsmaryk took into account the current state of the southern border, which has fallen into a state of crisis ever since Biden took office and proceeded to undo many of Trump's efforts to increase border security.
