Appeals court rules against university that forced prof to call a man 'miss'

It is utterly ridiculous that a citizen of this country has to spend time and resources fighting tyranny

but I sure am glad this professor did!

In a rebuke to the "woke" ideology permeating academia, a federal appeals court ruled a university violated the First Amendment when it punished a professor who declined to call a man "miss."
