A mass shooting is an incident involving multiple victims of gun violence. There is no widely accepted definition of the term mass shooting. The United States' FBI follows the Investigative Assistance for Violent Crimes Act of 2012 definition for active shooter incidents and mass killings (defined by the law as three or more people) in public places. Based on this, it is generally agreed that a mass shooting is whenever three or more people are shot (injured or killed), not including the shooters.[1]

Since the libs have made EVERYTHING about RACE , then lets make the RACE of the shooters the main issue.Hmmmmm,,,,,
I still say, there is a fundamental difference between shooting a bunch of people you don't know, because you are mentally deranged, and shooting a bunch of people you do know for various reasons, including: vendetta; jealousy, monetary gain, turf, etc.
In the latter case, you might have some idea that you have enemies, and might be, able (if you were so inclined) to avoid a particular situation, whereas, in the former, you would have to avoid everything.
