Sears has announced 96 more closings of Sears and Kmart across the country, including four in South Florida.
The closures are part of 51 Sears closures and 45 Kmart closures around the country. The stores will close in February with liquidation sales beginning on Dec. 2.Read about it...
Not good news...have always loved this store.

So sad! I love Kmart, been going there for 25 years and before that in NY, that one closed almost ten years ago. So sad for Kmart and Sears, heartbreaking!
Don’t be sad it’s going to be repurposed as a El Presidente market and migrant labour resource centre with a outdoor bazaar and car wash........
Yeah that KMart is the only thing keeping that plaza from being totally scary. Definitely will miss that store, though.
