West Palm Beach is giving the boot to the parking boot
West Palm Beach is introducing a new way to punish drivers with too many parking violations
The city is using a device called Barnacle that locks onto your windshield and prevents you from seeing.

What was the purpose of this? Wasn't the boot working? I hope they didn't spend a lot of money developing this.
