Who was molesting an 11-Year-Old Family Member

We have read about crimes happening in other Sanctuary cities, counties and states. This one happened in Montgomery County in Maryland "that has been the scene of frequent rapes committed by illegal aliens but last week, they indicated that they would start cooperating with ICE after citizens became agitated at the county officials. But, Luis Fredy Hernandez-Morales was arrested for sexually molesting an 11-year-old female family member."

ICE finally found the creep and he is in custody.
