The City of Lake Worth wins Best Municipality Ever contest!!!

Lake Worth's City Manager, Michael Bornstein, submitted an entry to the Read Together Palm Beach County "Best. Municipality. Ever." essay contest last month and on Wednesday, November 28, his essay was announced as the winner.

One statement of the city manager describing some of the people who live here--"Anarchists live next to Constitutionalist Jihads," whatever that means.

Crime in Lake Worth? Why don't police go to Howard Park in the city? Drug dealers and users galore all day there, do you ever see a cop? Cops don't come out until after the fact to clean up the crimes. The elected never do anything about all the crime here, for years, they ignore it and tell citizens they are fabricating all the crime. Yes, we exaggerate all the crime here Mike! Mike have you been to Howard Park lately? Bet you would be afraid to go there by yourself. Crime in Lake Worth?

Don't blame the police, blame the sanctuary..sorry, "welcoming" policies bringing addicts and thugs from all over.

If all the criminals are in Howard Park, then you know what area to avoid. I'm more concerned about the criminals driving on the roads that pay no attention to speed limits; train tracks; turn signals; headlights; lane changes etc. These are the criminals that are likely to kill you, because you never know when you will encounter them. The Police don't touch them, and Highway Patrol is non-existent. Many of these people are aliens from New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Ontario, and Quebec.

Howard Park is a piece of cake!

I saw a lovely lady of color driving freely with no tag of any kind on her car, wonder if she's got a license and insurance?
